So regardless of the weight, the DrP parts will give a lower and higher range.

The weight determines what happens between the lowest point and highest point of the variator plate.

Today i did a new tune up and the clutch were glazy again after just 400km, but the rest were nice and clean.
Also changed back to orginal  roller from Pulley 15g.
Less acc but much calmer engine in crusie speed.
The engine sounds so much smother.
Also changed my front tire to Metzeler Feel Free from stock tire, so now i have new both front and back.
One thing i noticed was that the bearing is harder and that was a nice suprice since i thought i had to change them.
Have a great weekend wishes from Sweden

Snow in Sweden yet?

It's lovely across the water in Scotland (and has been for a couple of months). All change next week though as a bit of an Arctic chill is forecast to descend upon us.

In other Swedish news, I read that ABBA may be reforming!!!!

Then we have same weater! The real cold and snow was suppose to come next week, but today they change the forecast from snow to rain 👍.
But the temp will drop to almost zero so maybe  its time  for car to work 😂😂
ABBA will never come together again, we can only hope..

Replaced my air filter for the 1st time ever in 3 years and 39000kms.

Noticed the DT200 filter element is smaller than the ones for the DT300.

Will definitely be going with the DT300's air filter next time round, perhaps in another 3 years  ;)

Has anyone ever made their own gasket, for the cvt belt cover? If so , what did you use? Thanks

I used to make gaskets (inc head gaskets!) out of Corn Flakes boxes for a series of 2 stroke mopeds I had when I was younger and very much skint.

Kellogs boxes are the best, although other supermarket brands are available.

Interesting, I just recycled a box of Frosted Flakes, damn it. I could've saved a few bucks. I just ordered some high heat gasket material for around $8. Thanks for the info.

I use permatex red gasket maker on my car's valve cover gasket, where it is constantly splashed with hot oil. Still good.

My gasket, on the cvt cover is torn up a bit. I know it's not a big deal, but I figured that I'll just make a new one. Now that the colder weather is moving in, I look for little things to keep me busy

After a 20 ride at 65 to70 mph, I parked it in the garage and notice oil dripping from bottom side. Looked and the bottom side was soaked. Pulled the seat off and discovered the crankcase pressure recirculating hose from the valve cover to the intake had slipped off of the valve cover. It had one of those dinky little wire clamps on it. I replaced it with a screw type band clamp. End of leak. Just a messy clean up..

Kinda the same thing happened to me 2 weeks back. The breather hose from the rear hub to the airbox came loose.

Today i changed my broken outer variator, (i broke of a fin 😋)
I also changed to my new windshield, a Givi!

Last wendsday it snowed like ... here in Stockholm, from nothing to 45cm in one day and minus.
But the weather now have changed to the better, no snow on the roads and 4 plus degrees, so tomorrow il take the baby to work.
