Final jetting is 92 main and 38 slow/idle. That's at 5300 feet elevation and with the stock air box with the snorkel removed and the opening cut out to the edges.

It hasn't been idling good so I tuned it up today. Took it out on the freeway just now to see how fast it will go with the Trek pipe I put on it. Speedo said 60ish. Probably only 53 or 54 actual. I'll gps it next time.

Checked the enricher circuit and it's working correctly. Put in a new spark plug and that seems to have fixed it. Will post back later after I've ridden it some.

Ok, so the enricher is working right. It shuts off the passage when it gets hot as it's supposed to.

Been fighting a weird issue where it didn't want to idle when it was hot. Think I got it fixed with new spark plug

If you don't change the air filter at all, you won't need to change slow jet. I doubled the size of my air box opening and then had to go up one size on slow jet.  You'll probably want to go up two sizes on your main jet.

This procedure passes, but when I connect a volt meter to the yellow and green wire when the scooter is running, it's only reading half a volt, not twelve volts.

Although it would require initiative on your part . . look for an exterior casting bump (internal passageway) from the enricher base to carb inlet.
Thanks. That was easy. It's the hole on the right. Passage goes right to the enricher.

Btw, when I blow into the three different tubes when the scooter is cold, they are all open. On the right and left, I just heat air blowing through, but the bottom, middle one I hear gas bubbling and if I suck on it gas comes out.

For testing the auto choke/bystarter, the manual says to try to blow through the circuit when it's cold. The hand drawn picture in the manual shows them blowing through a hole at middle top. From actual picture you can see there is no hole at the top. Any ideas?

Don't know if it's an issue with motorcycle and scooters, but my brother who works on a lot of older cars (60s/70s/80s) says that synthetic leaks past older seals more readily than non-synthetic.

Think I'll go back to the stock pilot jet and see if it helps my idling and starting problems.
