I had not taken it out for about 2 mos. When I went to start it, after a minute of kick starting (did not want to drain battery), the carb started overflowing from the top right angled overflow tube...the one close to the diaphragm. I took it apart, inspected float, vacuum diaphragm and the auto bi-starter, cleaned  the jets and reassembled. Same  thing. It fired off for about 10 sec's then died. When turned over after, fuel started flowing out the top tube.  I guess I need to do an ohm test on the bi-starter. only have 2700 kilometers on it? Everything was quite clean. I found this fuel system manual  on line and could follow that. Just wanted to know if anyone knew if it had to be one certain thing to be flowing out of that top overflow as opposed to the lower one.  :-\

Appreciate it. Len in Norcal
