Before, I drink rum with cola, or fruit juice. My doctor advised to stop drinking...cola.. or anything sweet..

 Now, it's rum on the rocks   ;)


 Several shots when I get home after work. Been doin' everyday since l983....

Tyhats f***ed up when the Dr. says soda, and juice are bad for ya, and Rum is fine!!! What's his treatment for Glaucoma?

From the net: There is not a lot of sugar in rum, but there is no set level. A good rule is the higher the proof - the lower the level of sugar. If you have 160 proof, there is little or no sugar.
