Easyparts has left the building.... (2)
« on: July 17, 2012, 03:33:02 PM »

Sorry for double posting, but I realized too late that this subject might concern more people than only Agility 50 owners...

Damn, just a week after I praised them in a post somewhere over here :

Easyparts.nl has quit selling OEM Kymco parts !!

The only reliable and quickish way to get OEM parts in the Netherlands seems to be at the local dealers now, which kinda sucks if you don't trust the only one that's reasonably near..

KYMCO ARE YOU LISTENING ?

Does anyone know a reliable online source for OEM Kymco parts that also ships to the Netherlands ?

Thanks Valy,

I'm looking for a _reliable_ supplier who ships to the _Netherlands_....

I can't find any information on the site you mention about the whereabouts of the owners, or about their shipping policies. Also, their domain information is shielded by "privacyprotect.org"... Nice and safe for them (I would do the same as a small business owner), but not really confidence inspiring on the other hand...

And, you seem to be the only one who has posted "customer feedback" on this site...

Are you promoting your own business here ?

Edit (after looking at Valy's account and posts) : he is indeed promoting his own business on this forum and he's not trying to hide it...

So what ?

If every little amateur parts dealer from this planet was spamming this forum, you wouldn't be so pleased.

Anyway, this guy didn't really answer my question, he just pushed his business in the picture without giving any more information, and I'm not going to send my money to some unknown guy with a hidden name and address and a website that might as well be built in a few hours or so...

And if that makes me a little dutch douche, I'm proud of it... 8)

@Valy : could you give us some more information about you and your shop ?

Yeah, that's kinda the point, there's already one less supplier in Rotterdam, so why be brusque with someone who at least has exploded diagrams on his website?

And if every two bit parts shagger was hawking Kymco parts maybe we'd have some competition and the price would get better.

Stadium Yamaha is 100% though, I always get my sh** from them, and if they don't know the answer, they ask Kwang Yang himself, and if he tells you to f***off, you ain't gettin' an answer.

Kymco123 blew me off on a small order, so I just substituted some Chinese parts instead. A lot of the GY6 stuff fits and works, like the Hoca variator I put in the Super 8 150, it's awesome.

Well, I guess I'm a little spoiled by my experience with professional suppliers in my field of work...

As soon as my hangover is gone (working on getting one at the moment) I might drop this Valy guy a mail to see if he's real and ships to the NL... :)

Good show, old boy, that's the spirit, steady on, stiff upper nips, all that sort of rot, let's see if he's legit.

There was a guy over on AVRIDER.COM who ordered saddle bags & stuff for his BMW from some web site - over $1000 USD.

Never got it !
