Wonder what he means by ''full safety gear'' , just a helmet and any jacket and gloves ? It appears that way to me in reading about the injuries...and serveral comments about ''leather chaps'' (not exactly the BEST protection for the legs or your other ''assets'').

haha, you would think that is where you want the most protection.  If not from the road from the rain.  Where does all the water on you tank go?  Yeah, that's right.
