thanks to Ihawk for sending an email the forum was back up

Lot of medical issues for me, had laminectomy on L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L4 AND L4-L5 7 weeks ago, prepping for colon surgery, haven't ridden in months, been using the electric grocery carts, today for the first time I pushed a cart, Doc says I'm ok to start going to Planet Fitness. I've lost 65 lbs, maybe 10 or 15 more to go

didn't get any firewood in this year, I'll be heating with oil  :(

Glad you're back! Sorry to hear about the medical issues but it sounds like you're on the road to recovery? You may have to buy some new pants after losing 65 lbs!

just did that a few weeks ago, 48w/30i down to 42w/30i pants 3xl down to 2xl on shirts, if things keep going, my goal is 38waist and xl on the shirts, same size I was in college about 205 on the scale
