Is that 2"x2" oak rear axle powering both rear wheels?
Pretty clever - but, not giving it a snowballs chance for an MOT sticker.

In Vietnam, 1960's, they fashioned 2 bedroom homes out of flattened COKE and Budweiser cans.
Probably tourist attractions these days.... "COKE Suites by Marriott".
