Into YS the other day for my daughter to use the big machines in the laundromat.
I nearly fell off my bench when 4 scooters rolled by like a parade!
I went searching for them - they stopped for ice-cream and I had a nice chat with their leader.
"A club?", I asked.
"No. Worse than that - we're family!"

4 seniors - 2 male, 2 the other. Not a single helmet amongst them. All seemed to be kitted out with sound systems and various WalMart accessories and stickers. The riders, not the scooters
They'd motored down from about 30 miles north of Yellow Springs.
Forgot to ask - but with that green 150cc Chinese mail-order - pretty sure they traveled back roads.
The purple one, he said runs even a little faster than the two Honda Reflexes.
"A Chinese REFLEX knock-off!" he said.
The blue and red are Reflexes. Pretty nice condition. The alfa male said he does all the maint. on each - including tires.
I'm
inord (wait one while I check the spelling) inordinately excited to see these scooters because there are so few in rural Ohio!
This gal is still keeping watch outside the flower shop..... amusing hair but you'd be surprised how much she knows about the
SOX.
