SKYTOWN 150 HIGH RPM WHILE IDLE
« on: January 15, 2026, 05:04:57 AM »
Hello,

I am not really well informed about motorcycle parts but many have experience about Skytown 150i high rpm even in idle. Throttle body is directly connected to ECU and there is nothing that can be adjusted from there manually. What could be the reason and how to resolve aside from replacing the entire throttle body with ecu?

Welcome here!
Pls try to reset TPS (throttle position sensor) as described in 2nd pic.
If it does not work, try again. Next step would be your KYMCO dealer, doing a reset/ setup with a DiagTool, takes five minutes.
Come back for Qs or feedback.
