Yeah, of course it was in Yellow Springs.

The ladies took me on a forced foliage march yesterday. After a few hours and climbing several hundred steps up and down into gorges - I told my daughter she needs to be looking for a clearing big enough for an LZ - to bring in a Huey.
Went into the village for soup and coffee in the UnderDog cafe'.
Looking over my wife's shoulder in the Dog I saw that a lady was waving a big hot/pink "
FREE HUGS!" sign across the street.

My wife got up to use the ladies' room - I told my daughter,
"I'll be back in a minute.""Dad!!"I stood across the street. She and I made eye contact. It was kismet!
I parted the
heavy traffic like Moses thru the lake.
Arms wide, both of us - I approached and said, "OK,
no funny business!"
We hugged. Deeply.
I told her that "my name is Tom, and that I'm unemployed, but have a car."
She laughed, said her name was Sue, and that she was married.
When we finally let go of each other she turned and said, "this is my husband back here." I approached him, with intent. He backed up and quickly said, "A fist bump will do!"
It was fun! The crowd was laughing along with us.
The color was everywhere. Underfoot and overhead.

It was a good day with the family.
