Outupt from Stator?
« on: June 25, 2025, 06:10:29 PM »
Do I have this right from the service manual?

A.C. generator capacity is 0.144KW/5000rpm. 144w at high rev? Isn't that a lot? I think I've got 80w now and that seems too much.

The OEM stator has two output pins. One is regulated, one is not. I believe these are normal voltages at high revs:

14v +-1
50-60v

The output of a new Agility 125 OEM stator is:

White wire: 12-40v
Yellow wire: 9-40v

The top ends could be slightly higher but this is a good rule in my experience.

This should be valuable information oddly found nowhere else on the internet or in Kymco literature.
