2019 Kymco Like 150i W/Noodoe

Just bought Subject scooter, had been sitting for about 3 years.  Got it running after draining all the old gas, and putting in fresh Ethanol free gas.  My problem is the Noodoe won’t allow me to pair with my iPhone 14.  I followed the Noodoe manual, but no luck.  Is it possible I can’t pair because the previous owner has it matched to his phone?  Can the system be reset so that I can pair to the scooter?  I’m waiting for Kymco Noodoe office to get back with me, but am not too confident as many people have said they don’t respond.  Anyway, I’m open to any suggestions.

I don't think the problem is that another phone is already paired. You should be able to pair regardless if you put both your phone and the scooter into pairing mode.
If you are able, maybe have the previous owner connect to the scooter to reset to factory settings using his/her phone app with the scooter?
