Needles stuck on 300i
« on: May 11, 2025, 07:43:30 PM »
So over the winter both my battery and charger stopped working. I replaced the battery and got a new charger and everything is working well. But on both gauges now the needles hang out at the 1000 position after the needle dance. The tach will go up the the current RPM once the engine is running but the speedometer sticks around the 20 pm area. Tried disconnecting the battery with no charge. Any other ideas I should try to fix this?

Ok so just turning the ignition on and off about a dozen times and everything seems to be back to normal.

Interesting to read your MPG on the DT300  Mine (DTX360, admittedly on Imperial UK gallons) is 79.2 or 66 US
