Kymco agility r16+ 125 (2022) tube detached from fuel pump

I have this tube that goes from the pump. It's not attached anywhere. Is this normal?
where should it be attached?

Might be the overflow tube from carb
Pls check again where its coming from.

My guess (not seen yet) breather tube for fuel tank.
