Will keep her for a while to enjoy this lightweight. It is really fun to push through bends like on a 250 but with a torque of a 650, sidechanges create the big smile, particular  especially on new Pirellis which I got today.

Back in the day I had no chicken strips after 200 miles on new rubber, these days, not so much!

That is good Ruffus.  My last rear tyre on my Triumph, a Pirelli Diablo Rossi III cost £160 all in by my Mobile Fit guy.  Came to my house removed old tyre and installed new one taking away the old tyre carcass.  So the cost in Italia is much better I think?  Last scooter rear cost £126.

Ruffus, I had Pirelli MT 75s on my People S200! I wasn’t aware they were still available new. GREAT prices on tires and mounting, I’m jealous.

.hawk, actually these PIRELLIs weren't my first choice, but to get here this 16' tires in the right widh and hight took some search (price is a parameter too).

Since nearly nothing on this bike is as it was once, thought it would be fun to have tachymeter and odometer digital. Gives a more disdinguished look (😅).
RPM counter needs a 12V plus and minus, a third cable goes at the MINUS of the RH ignition coil.
(seen 4000 piece was there just for measurement, replaced by an 8000)

ODOMETER has several (seven) cables and a GPS receiver, which has to have quasi optical "sight" to satelites to work properly.

All in all with background illumination and adjustment an easy task to achieve.

Both gauges needed to be mounted somewhere, well, found a piece of scrap aluminium, cutted out and fixed it on already present "dashboard".

...and, there is no peace until last items are manhandled.

Came across a pair of "Lafranconis", not quiete for this model of MotoGuzzi but close enough, for the homemade black tubes were annoying throaty.

Needed new carrier-plates to what I fortunately had a piece of INOX...

To top this follyness, a nearly new pair of footrests from a MotoGuzzi Florida V65 was installed.
I think my vintage colleagues are shedding tears already.

Never a fan of the Guzzi and their awkward looking engine. From my youth was impressed by the quiet mechanical sounds when standing near a running BMW* - but, Ruffus - your work is impressive!

where are you finding MT-75s ?    I searched for a set for my K-Pipe, no find,
