I'm putting Michelin City Grip 2 tires on my People S 150 next month. Are there different tire valves available that make checking tire pressure available?.
The right-angled ones I find can be awkward.
The long ones flex too much for my comfort - and I worry about not having room for the air hose.
Therefore - I like the short ones.
But DO insist they install new ones!
....AND check the stem before you walk out! I did not find that the tire tech had torn the new valve stem badly and
it leaked air if you just touched it - let alone try to put air in it! (now I drive the wheel 30 miles to a Honda Power Seller)
Trouble was - I'd already installed the wheel on the scooter!
Paid the bill and even tipped the kid!
