Help! Agility 125 won't idle and can't see where hoses go?
« on: July 02, 2024, 12:20:52 AM »
Hello all,

I just cleaned the carb and lines.  I can't get her to idle.  Plus, I seem to have two hoses that go to nothing.  Where do these two hoses go?   I think the small cut hose goes to nothing but the hose on the bottom must go somewhere?  Please help.  Where do these hoses go to?

the top, short hose is a vent hose that 'goes to nowhere'. The bottom hose, coming off the carb bowl, is a drain hose for the carb bowl, used to drain fuel from the bowl when needed. That is usually routed down to the ground. I recall on my S200 that the carb drain hose ran closely to the airbox drain (puke tube).

If you're going to keep your scoot and do your own work, I suggest you get a Cyclopedia for it. These manuals have a wealth of knowledge and are specifically for your model. I've had them for my last 2 scooters and highly recommend them for the DIY'er.
