Max rpm is 5000

My B&W 150 wont accelerate above 5000 rpm. The throttle cable is correctly adjusted. I replaced the 13g rollers with 11.5g rollers and still no difference. The belt is new. The spark plug is new. I put new premium gasoline in it.  Suggestions?

I read some other threads and will look into possible vacuum leaks - lines, intake manifold, diaphragm. thx.

As said, I think your scoot is still suffering from TDC off, means your timing is not spot on.
