2014 Agility 50 Big Bore Kit Install tips

Hey guys, after enjoying the scooter derestricted for over a year, its time to add some power. I was able to hit 38ish mph which is great, but our main road is 40 and people drive 40-60 mph.

I have the 50mm big bore kit that I will be installing. Do you guys have any tips or tricks for the install? I know longevity may take a hit but I'm prepared for that.

Also, I was thinking of pairing it with this carb. The chinese replacement that was on mine bog at WOT and has idle issues, so I'd rather get a new one.

Thanks! Did most of the swap yesterday. About 9:30PM last night, I realized I lost my feel gauge so I had to grab another one today. I need to check valve lash and then start putting her back together. I also have an electrical drain and bad wiring on the rear right blinker that I need to locate before the fairings go back on.

Thanks and appreciate the welcome! I got her all back together, she idles perfectly fine but I can't get it to run at high throttle. I have a smooth variator boss. Stock intake/exhaust. I started with the 90 jet and she sputtered and didn't want to run, died with throttle. Changed to the 85 and it started up much easier and idled perfect. But, still bogging with throttle. Should I jump down to 80 and see how it does? Any recommendations on tuning? I'm thinking since the exhaust/intake is stock, I don't need as much fuel as those running a cone filter and aftermarket exhast.

She idles great and great at 0-25% throttle. I started with a 90 jet, but it was bogging. Went to 85 and and it got a little better. Went to 80, thought it was good but now its doing this. Any feedback on which way I need to go either lower or higher?

*UPDATE* Pulled the intake pipe off at the carb and she ran great, no issues with heavy throttle. That would indicate its still too rich but with a BBK I thought it would still need a decent amount more fuel. Going back to the 78 and see if that helps.

For those that encounter the same issues, it was a bad carb out of the box. I took my old carb with a 78 jet and it was lean bogging and hot. Threw in the 85 jet this morning and she pulled 43 mph on partial throttle. I'm excited to see what she does after breakin and some Brotella T6 15W40.
