No spray from the injector.

I appreciate any help I can get with this.
I replaced the fuel pump and it is working.
I have replaced the short hose on top of the pump as well.
When the pump is activated, fuel sprays back into the tank through the valve just over the pump in the center of the pump housing. I’ve replaced the tip sensor and the fuel pump relay.
I don’t know what else to do. Please help.
Why does the fuel spray back into the tank?

Injector or fuel line totally clogged?
With injector removed from fuel line ...does fuel flow from line?

There are procedures for clearing an injector, youtube.

Any codes?
Check voltage at injector connector during key on self check and when start button pressed.
Take injector to a shop that can test it for spray pattern and see what they say if your voltage checks are good.
Take two aspirin and call back after all that is done!

@East Valley Scooters, welcome here in this hive!
I assume this is a LIKE 200i?

If that is the case, before you follow CROSSBOLTS hint to see a workshop, do as follows:

First of all check correct mounting of your new fuel pump again. Hoses where they should be...
If everything is as it should be...

- take your fuel line off injector
- put the line in a container
- ignition on
- start
- fuel is quirting out?
IF you have pressure air, blow from nozzle end into your injector, NOT from fuel end.

- If  fuel YES, take your injector and plug the fuel line onto injection end and start to reverse flush your injector.
And second person might be helpful

Thanks for the responses.
I disconnected the fuel line from the injector. Turned the key and fuel flows.
I applied compressed air to the injector side. No air came out the other side.
I applied 12v to the terminals on the injector then, tried to blow air through from the injector side.
A small amount of air came through.
I’d like to try and clear the injector.
Any advice is appreciated.

Pls soak your injector for a couple of hours in simple vinegar (wine/apple your choice what available in the kitchen).
It takes time to resolve all residue in there.
Then the same game again..
- air
- fuel, etc
If it's not corroded beond repair it will finally work after several tours.

Under NO  circumstances try to open your injector, it will be done for sure.

Thanks so much for the responses.
I soaked the fuel injector in sea foam for a couple of days.
Then I hooked up a 12v battery to the terminals and sprayed carb cleaner through the injector.
It sprays well. However, when reassembled, the injector doesn’t spray.
There’s definitely pressure but the injector doesn’t seem to be opening.
Is there a way to test?
Btw, the fuel pump doesn’t come on unless I bypass the fuel pump relay.
I bought a new relay but, it doesn’t activate the pump.

Well,
-vinegar would be my choice
-injector needs pulsing to function properly
There is a magnet switch in it.
-do "reverse" fuel cleaning
To clean the "fuel-way" bears the danger of clogging even more.
To simulate pulsing you could interrupt your 12V source with a puls-switch and try...

Is there a way to test the current flowing to the electrical connector?
If I use a multimeter, how should I test and what should the readings be?

This Like came to me with a broken engine so I swapped in a motor from a parts bike.
Turns out I needed the throttle body from the original body, not the donor bike. I also had a flattened pin in the harness. I was able to straighten it out with a set of picks from harbor freight.
So it runs, with a sputter around 40mph and it won’t start without a jump. New battery is on the way. Hoping that takes care of that.

Having parts you don't need means those parts on the bile will never fail as long as you keep those spares!
