I was out early (for me) this morning taking daughter for a PCR test and experienced my first fog this year in this season of "mists and mellow fruitfulness"! Glad to have been in the wife's Range Rover rather than on my scooter. Just hate it when mist / fog covers the outside of the visor in a film of water droplets, you end up wiping it away every other lamp post!
One morning, on my LIKE200i, years ago, I set out to my place of work in a fog so so thick it was like rain. My visor fogged on the outside - no problem - just wipe it. Then it started fogging inside....leaving me no option but to raise the visor. Then my spectacles fogged over, inside and out!
I finally pulled over, removed my glasses, and rode slowly to work by watching the yellow center stripe. Fortunately I did not get rear-ended and it also was only about 3 miles in the pre-dawn dark to my work.
One other morning on my Forza for a Sat morning ride - I came upon fog so thick I returned home.
Very very thick fog is pretty rare around here....but a
nice ground frog I find provides great photo opps!
