being in strange places.
Like standing in the middle of the street, or sitting on the sidewalk in the dark with a cup of coffee, winter or summer.
The other day they found me in a dark alley while making their patrols - today I was spotted (here by this patrolman) on the bike path (where no motor vehicles are permitted) Once he saw who it was , he moved on.
After this many years - they just give an acknowledgement....or a shake of the head
when they see me.
They know I'm just taking photos of a scooter.
I can only imagine how weird that must seem....
