Thank you for the reply.
It doesn't seem to be a common model yet.
It's a shame that there don't seem to be much that can be done on it, i might try and change the variator weights and see if there will be any difference.
I don't have a motorcycle license yet so i'm only allowed to drive 50cc.
It's just frustrating that it seems to be locked at max 45 km/h or 50 km/h downhill since the roads i'm allowed to drive on are 50 or 70 km/h.
What are your thoughts? Do you think there will be upgrades coming for the model in the near future?
Alexander
Your speeds are pretty much what you can expect from a 4 stroke 50cc scooter.
Most new owners are quite disappointed in the speed of their 50cc 4 strokes.
Somehow the salesman never quite gets this point across to customers.
Model specific speed parts for this scooter are unlikely - as Kymco does not make such for any of their scooters - but generic parts are not uncommon for carbureted models.....but you are fuel injected.
Your best bet might be to frequent 50cc scooter forums - post your questions there. Those folks are the experts on these small engines.
We did have a member here who breathed heavily on his 50cc LIKE with parts (2 stroke, I think it was) and got it to 60mph --- before it was involved in a crash. He has several youtubes of it in action.
