Nope. I am on my fourth Kymco, had all clutches off, never had to disassemble a single one. Had a squeak in #3 and did what you need to do if only to rule out one thing that could cause that noise. Your big problem will be holding that clutch bell while you undo that nut. You will need to make a tool to do that. I put a picture on here a couple of years ago of two flat steel bars, 1/4" hole in each end, three 1/4-20 bolts 1.5" long with three nuts. Actually, one bolt can be much shorter since it goes through both steel bars. This is your holder for removing and replacing the clutch nut. Works on the front, too.
