need a stronger spring for rear suspension
« on: March 10, 2017, 07:20:48 PM »
Any recommendations? I'm a heavy rider. I just want a less mushy suspension. Seems like an easy replacement but I'm not sure if there's a recommended spring anyone has used.

Hello there. Did you know you can adjust the existing rear spring to make it stiffer and less mushy? If you havent here is a link that explains how to do it. It is for a Piaggio but they are all basically the same. Hope that helps.

IMO
This is an indication you should probably use this scooter for low speed, handy type use, near to home, for short trips at lower speeds.
If you do need a scooter with more weight capacity it might be best to get a larger one designed for a heavier rider.
