While I do believe that a picture says a 1000 words, this is  a bit cryptic.
The oil light will be on until the engine is running.
The battery light on indicates charging issues. The mobile icon indicates the 12v Plug under the seat has an issue.
Altogether, it could mean your ecu is faulty (hope I'm wrong).
Start with stator, regulator/rectifier.
Some more info will be useful so we can help you, there some smart people on this forum, so hand in there, they will be online in  a few hours.

Hopefully it is just the Oil pressure switch, it is positioned above the oil filter. Replace it and in a perfect world, the problem will be gone.

What is the problem?
We really need more details than a pic and "What's the Problem?" Have you done any troubleshooting?

Did you leave something plugged into the Accessory port under the seat? The "phone" light comes on when something is plugged into it. If so, then this could be draining the battery and hence the battery light is on. If the battery light is on, I think it has fallen below 11v and good luck getting the scoot to start. Check your acc. port and unplug anything, check battery voltage next to verify if it is within spec. I like 13v. Oil light is a non issue unless it stays on after startup.
