I would try contacting Demon Bikes to verify fit.  That way it is on them to take it back if it doesn't.

One more thing, You will want to stay away from the aluminum sprockets. They work great on the track for 1 season or less, but will not last on the street. They save a few pounds on a race set up is all. If the supplier does not know, you can look up the part #'s on the '08 hub, and output shaft, and compare to the '09.
