The malossi is definitely a nice pair up to the kit,  even without,  just a great upgrade.  The polini,  in size,  should give greater top speed with lower rpm,  but the ramp angles may be all wrong for our bikes stock torque driver.  That may have been my issue with it.  I may go out today and swap the polini back in now that I have my rear half of the cvt back into a manageable state.  That delta clutch sh** the bed on me,  I'm pretty sure.  A stock tgb clutch is giving me little to no trouble at all.
I wish I could figure out what went wrong with it.  I'd hate to let a good name brand clutch with great tuning abilities go the wayside without a fight.
I'll let ya know if I get the polini on and possibly dialed in.

I am questing after higher top speed, so the Polini with its larger diameter does interest me. With only a couple solid reviews here and there in some of the other kymco forims, it's not quite enough for me at the moment. $80 is $80 and I'm not in a position to tune with my wallet. I look forward to your review.

I tried it again today,  solid revs through the powerband.  It rode up to about 3mm from the edge.  With a new belt it would be better.  It didn't need the heavy weights like the malossi either.  I ran 8g and it could've stood to be 7.5g or lower.  If you could find an exact belt in all dimensions but a mm longer then you could definitely utilize the whole variator.  I'd say give it a shot.  If you don't like it I'll buy it from you at cost.

I was looking yesterday and was so tempted, but I needed the cash  to help buy a roller tool box for work, and didn't want to use my CC as its nearly paid off (finally). Maybe next month... or next week LoL

I decided to play it safe and go with the Multivar P/N: 519988, since Polini reviews are few as are positive reviews of them in general seem rare. Got it for $71 shipped on eBay. I hope it's as good as everyone makes it out to be.
