so doing a quick ebay search i ordered a sprocket WHILE i look for one locally. lol it was only 8 bucks so no loss if it doesnt work. however, the output shaft diameter matches, and this one looks like the inner teeth are correct in relation to the bolts??  :D i do not know if its the right pitch but i guess we will find out lol http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350321967817&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT if it works i will go back and buy ten of them ! lol

yea it would be wonderful, it doesnt say what chain pitch its for, and that its for quads but worth a try lol

i didnt have time to ride it in the day yet, (which is where i could really tell) but looking at my tach the rpms are down to 5200 rpms at 50 mph which is just fine for now. took 3 hours install ending up with perfect alignment, and chain tension. i had to file the inner teeth over for it to fit so i hope that didnt compromise the integrity of the sprocket. because if those teeth failed it would spin on the shaft, as the 2 bolts are only alignment bolts....i will report back when i ride in the day, let me know what yall think!  ;D

you cant exactly see how the sprocket sits because it has the retainer with the two bolts over it, but if you really want i could take that off and slide the retainer off? here is how she looks overall :)

well i will say that after putting over 100 miles on it with the new sprocket, i almost want a 17tooth  :o  ;D . this is my first real bike and i dont know how high up these things are supposed to rev normally. the tach kinda fluctuates but the general consensus is that i lowered my rpms by 500~ or so maybe a touch more..my redline starts at 8000 and i constantly cruise at 7000~ish just rolling with traffic... what do yall think?

So I got a 16 tooth sprocket from WRRP when I ordered my exhaust. Did yours fit without any clearance issues from the surrounding case?

yea man, i may pop the cover off tommorow and snap a pic for the heck of it, id really like to get a 17 tooth though if i could fit it... do you have the info to contact wrrp? i have almost 2500 miles on this 4 wheeler sprocket lool

Yea its weird, I didn't even order it, but it came with my stainless steel exhaust. I guess they felt that since I spent $300 on an exhaust, I deserved some freebies lol. There are many companies in Taiwan that offer performace parts for this bike, its just a matter of trying to find them and email them and trying to get them to send stuff to the US. BTW, I HIGHLY recommend getting an exhaust, it really opens up the engine and sounds great. It also weighs a fraction of what the original piece of crap steel exhaust weighs. I already ordered a Six Sigma jet kit off ebay for $40. I'm gonna squeeze as much power as I can out of this thing lol.

im sure you can get some more power out of it but i have come to understand this is a gas mileage bike and have no intention of messing with the intake/exhaust because then you have to jet it or youll run lean= bad, jetting=burn more gas=possible tuning issues.blah blah im keepin it stock! lol i have a 6000k hid in the drivers side from ddmtuning that is bright as sh**!!(i absolutly reccomend for safety) and the 16 tooth sprocket. the motor runs like a scared rabbit with no hicups whatsoever and dont want that to change. i would however like to stretch these gears out with some sprockets...i would have no complaints about this bike at all if it JUST had a 6th gear!! anyway, do you have the wrrp email? i cant get their site to even show up on google.

I'll let you know how the jet kit works. Since I just bought this bike to get into riding and go cruising, I'm not too concerned about fuel economy. As long as it burns less gas than my Dodge Magnum, I'm happy  ;D
