New 2013 from dealer 45mph?!

I recently bought a "new" off the floor 2013 agility 50 (absolutely love it BTW).  Although I have looked through the forum I haven't found what I'm looking for.  While riding my GPS reads at 40-45mph top speed (speedo much more generous).  I am wondering if my scooter was sold to me unrestricted our not?  The cdi appears to be stock but haven't looked at boss yet.  From everything I've researched it appears that my scooter is unrestricted but I would appreciate some/any confirmation.

De restricted for sure. If it was restricted it would struggle to do 35mph.

As BettinANDlosing stated it is definitely derestricted. Whether the CDI is or not is a question (likely but not 100%) but the drive boss most certainly is. You wouldnstruggle to get 35mph on a stock Agility50

I bought a 50 in January last year and it reaches 75kmh (46mph) no probs and I'm 135kg so I guess I can now stop looking at de-restricting.

theses days any 50 cc scoot that does 40 to 45 is a darn good scoot. if you got it from a dealer.I would leave stock.And just ride and injoy it.

Could you do me a favor and look at your cdi and tell me what numbers it has on it?  Mine says, Suitai D411 30410-LBD6-E00 2013.FEB.  Im thinking this is the same cdi as in older models so I might be able to do the cut?
