Then you can save the 60 bucks, and use the OEM clutch, and new shoes, and springs.

If you don't intend to tune any of the settings they operate about the same.

I have the Malossi Delta in the 4t bike, and the Stage6 MKII in the 2t. I'll never run the delta in a 2t again. It lasts, and locks up but it is not adjustable enough or any better than OEM in a 2t bike.

Get the Stage 6 for 2t bikes. You'll be glad you did when you can take off in the powerband, and be at wot in 3-4 seconds.

Whats your take on adjustable torque drivers?  Found one for around $30.  Trying to decide to pop on that or a slightly heavier (then my DIY) clutch bell. Again around $30 . OEM is closer to $35-40

You mean the rear pulley half?
  Waste of money. unless you like the thought of having it. You never see it, and you will end up on the standard curve anyway. That "L" shape curve is for drag racing, and a PITA on a street bike. It's like a light switch for a throttle control.

I agree that the delta doesn't show me much difference with the setup I have,  besides that my oem clutch was 21000km deep,  and the shoes were skinnier,  not as much surface area to grab the bell.  I still think the wider shoes surface is still getting settled into the possible wear area that was created by the skinny shoes of the stock clutch on the bell. 
I've heard good things about the stage6 for the super 9's.
All in all, I got the clutch for the name, the possible need for a replacement,  and possibility of tuning it.
I do want a new bell.   ðŸ˜‚

Thanks fellas. Looks like I can save some cash and invest in some Dr. pulley sliders instead. I know those work!  Ill still get the new clutch bell as mine is too lite and is always spinning.  I also need to procure a manual choke knob for the PHBG

I have People 50 2T I will probably get one for.  Just need to do a little more research.  Best I can tell so far, good kit for street riding, more torque, a little more top speed.  I have a couple of spots on my local riding route where I loose too much speed going up hills.  Super 9 blows up the hills just find, so now I want People to perform similar.

I did find this to be a very good price, but is offered at about the same price a couple of other sites I found quickly.  So, that took the pressure to buy it now.  I was almost ready to pull the trigger lols.  The price on the Malossi variator is very good, couldn't find it matched anywhere.  Variator and BBK is free shipping, a very good deal!

I would use it with OEM carb, and Tecnigas Next-R pipe which I already have.  Any comments welcomed.  Cheers

You're on the right track. I would go to a 19mm carb at some point too.

For the hills the best bang for the buck is the malossi RED contra spring. It's a must in all these 50cc bikes. 2t or 4t.

Thanks for reply Z, glad you're back.

On the People 50 2T, I already have the Malossi variator and it made a huge difference.  I think the one hill I am getting slowed on is torque/ hp issue.  My rev's are already up, going 80k/ 50mph, it's still wound up but slowing down, maybe 20k slower before I crest the hill.  The Super 9 seems to have more HP and hardly slows going up the same hill.

I will probably order the BBK tomorrow.  Will be a big project for me, but should be fun.  I have really enjoyed tweaking these scooters.  Rode my Super 9 LC 3 hours today, wore me out, I love it.

I haven't ridden my ZX in close to a year... 50mm going on a street engine, and the Corsa engine is getting further mods to the engine case.
I'm hoping the Corsa engine will break 90 MPH, and the 50mm will street at 70... 2t's are too much fun to sit around un-riden.

Adding that Malossi spring will change where the pulleys ride up hill so it will help. A lot!
I'll see what I have left over after these builds, and maybe I can get together a "care package" for you.
I really think my goal is to build all the bits into two great engines, and sell the entire package. All the extra stuff, I can get rid of separately.

I'm thinking I have pipes, carbs, rollers, manifolds, cylinders, too much sh** to list here.
We'll see in a couple weeks when I get my parts...
