KYMCO enthusiast already know this, but for rest of you...the KYMCO Super 9 LC was the top-of-the-line choice in KYMCO's 50 cc scooter offering for model year 2004 and sold for $3,000 out the dealer's door, not including de-restrictio cost. This particular Super 9 was purchased new in May of 2005. It has just recently (6/5/15) been de-restricted (factory speed restrictors removed), so it hasn't been ragged-out the least little bit. In fact, it's just now getting broken-in good. Considering it has ONLY 775 miles, it's AWESOME condition, high demand based on its PHENOMENAL reputation, it'll be sold for no less than $1,400. Looking-up the value of this scooter?...Well, you can throw the published "book values" for this type of scooter out the window. One in excellent condition w/2,500 miles recently sold for $1,300 with ease (to "wordslinger" on here). Here's a short video, at least so you can hear it run...
