Manual recomends dot4 but it doesn't say synthetic or non synthetic so what's in it from stock??? Am I forced to bleed the brakes before topping it up the first time??

I'm pretty sure they just use DOT4 regular brake fluid from factory. You can use synthetic, but you have to bleed the entire system free of the regular stuff to use synthetic. If you use regular DOT4 you can just top off and go.
