Posted before - but for the newbies, this shows what's under that belt cover and how the belt can be changed. I think these guys are from the Bronx, slight accent.

I'd likely tackle such a job if I had the right table and special tools that hold the parts still.
I'd love the shop table made by Handy.

Ebay. I've looked at them a few times. 250.00 ish for a real nice one. Used
