The nipple is there for Vacuum. It is what opens the petcock on the fuel tank. You will have to drill, and add a nipple on your carb for the oil feed line or eliminate the oil injector, and run pre mix.

Get the Stage 6  MKII  clutch. It's bullet proof, and very easy to figure the adjustments.

Ok, that makes more sence..
I'm going to have a go in a couple of weeks fitting the carb and big bore kit..
Any tips I should know.. Cheers for all your help..
I fitted the exhaust and got an extra 12kph out of it..

Which pipe?

For the bore kit which one do you want to use?

These questions are important in making a choice on the size of the carb you will use.

The most important thing in installing a cylinder is to dull or chamfer ALL the sharp edges left inside from machining. This vid will help...

Next is end gaping the rings... .0015" for the top ring, and .002" on the bottom.

3rd is setting the "squish". Depending on the cylinder this should be between .05" to  08"
