Mooped won't start

My moped will not electric start or kick star. Every time I attempt to electric start it, there is either a clicking sound near the starter relay. Or it sounds likes it cranking over but won't start. It won't start when I try to kick start it either. Any ideas?

Check for spark / fuel in the carb / compression test. They all have to be present for the engine to run.

the clicking is the starter relay. You can replaec the OEM relay with a Bosch, and a few new connectors. Post up if you need help with the wiring.
