PLEASE HELP>>>>>>Starting issues please help

I was going down the road and scooter just stop getting gas. Cleaned carb, checked reeds, cleaned air filter. Gas is getting to carb but the plug is dry. What could be the issue? im stumped. Also compression is good............new rings around 3 months ago. So what stop gas from getting to the plug? Thanks in advance for any advice...........PLEASE HELP LOL

Check the float
Currently:

Dell'Orto PHBG 19 AS Carb
52 Pilot Jet
92 Main Jet
W7 Needle, 40 Slide
2T atomizer + bushing
Tecnigas NextR Exhaust
TinyTach in Headset
2011 Kymco Like50 (stolen -> recovered)

Yeah i checked float when i cleaned the carb. it looked fine and seemed to be functional. Like i said B4 im stumped. Shoot was running great and then it just stopped no warning no bogging  just stopped. Everything seems to be in order. Just not getting gas to plug

Is there fuel in the carb? If there is it's either a reed valve or jet fault
