Title: People 150 oil dipstick?

  Check for proper level screwed in or screwed out. Correct level at top of criss crossed area?

aren't these usually checked with the dipstick pushed in but not screwed in? I think that is a Honda thing from long ago..and these scoot engines continue it to this day.

Yes, manual should clearly state.
Piaggio - screw it in. Kymco - don't screw it in. At least my models.
BYW: i am amazed at the accuracy of the question/answer google app on my phone.
