Use Seafoam in the gas for a few tankfuls then once a month thereafter. Also tape 2 aspirins to your forhead for future problems....

Check your stearing head tube bearings. Also is the brake dragging or scalloped tire tread pattern. Top box should not make that issue!

Probably the bi-starter choke. It is a known problem on 250,s. Easy fix and usually fairly cheap. Look for GY6 carb bistarter on the web. Ones attachment point and a two wire plug in.

Just slide the sleave up. There is a lip that the rubber sleave sits in.

Marine supply or airport repair facility. Liquid/cream that can be wiped/polished on and then buffed off to take the haze/scratches etc off perspex/acrylic/lexan etc

Not much detail, if FI then no need for adjustment in fuel system. Carbed a few holes no issue always can be plugged up again by threading in a bolt!

Hello, ever heard of metric Nyloks? Easy to obtain even at the dreaded Harbor Freight. Easy and fast way is blue locktite but do you carry it with you for any unfortunate tear downs on the side of the road etc.

Not really if surfaces are smooth and flat! A little grease smeared all round to stop any corrosion on mating surfaces.

You need a Burgman 400.
