Agility 50 / Idle screw

In the manual it says:

CARBURETOR IDLE SPEED
Remove the inspection cover. Warm up the engine before this operation. Start the engine and connect a tachometer. Turn the throttle stop screw to obtain the specified idle speed.
Idle Speed: 1900  (plus or minus 100rpm)

Where do I attach the tach?

Agility 50 / Roller/Sliders

I have a 2008 ag50 with 4000km on it and wanted to know when is good for a variator/rollers/slider swap.
I live in Amsterdam Holland/Netherlands and we don't have any hills. I read allot of roller posts but wanted to get an idea of what y'all think the range or roller weights  I should try out? Are sliders better?

Can I have a side stand and center stand on at the same time ???
What I mean is is it possible to install a side stand for my wife to use but  still keep the center stand installed?

Agility 50 / Starter Relay

I bought a 30amp relay from taiwan for 9 euros.
When it arrived a pulled the old one for testing and to my dismay it is a 50 amp unit with completely different connectors:

On the left is the 9Euro replacement  and on  The right is the defective unit I pulled from the scoot.

While writing this I received the complete with cover 50amp unit (20 Euros) but wanted to know if anyone else has these larger relays?:

Hi my name is Lumin and I live in Amsterdam with my wife and daughter.
This forum is great and some of you  agility 50 guys/girls really know your stuff.





As for me I just got my wife a purple 2008 Agility 50 @ 3500km for 600euros.
The scooter had been sitting for a loooong time and really didn't want to start, but all it needed was some new fuel/oil and a bath.

I have read allot about derestricting these guys and just wanted to confirm a couple things.

1. When I cut the Cdi box, do I need to up the jet or removing the rev limiter really should't
run me any leaner?
2. I will bring the boss to a local fabricator (2 block away :)) to throw it on the lathe for a second, but once installed what jet size should I install (82)?
3. For the time being this is all I want to do as my wife has only ridden for a couple months. ( I am a gear-head and engineer but will resist other modifications.........for now!)

4. Wanted to confirm NGK part # as I like using iridium and have a local vendor for them.
My wife drives 7.4km each way and isn't a real racer, so a hotter plug may be a little better (CR6HSA) or should i stick with a CR7HSA?

I will share photos as I go, and thanks for the help.
