DSTime ended! I'm safer now!
« on: Today at 10:39:02 AM »
My sunrise rides for coffee had been sending me home straight into the rising sun.
I consider that to be pretty dangerous. My vision is very compromised as it is the for the drivers behind me.
Now that daylight savings time has ended - I am riding out well before sunrise,  and riding home an hour after sunrise.  Much better!
Still, heavily overcast days are my favorite times to ride. My hi- viz helmet and jacket really stand out.

What are your least favorite conditions to ride in?

Dark/rain or fog not a problem  - but really try to avoid the rising sun!

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

since I don't get up early enough to see the sun rise, ;), riding into the setting sun in the summer is something I avoid as best I can. Extremely windy days and riding in the dark and rain are avoided, too.

Lucky me for not having snow, temps in minus grades and too much of rain here in our corner. All year round riding possible, though not at dark hours (for me).
9 a.m. earliest to start to somewhere, coffee at 3 p.m. at a cafeteria...
Happy and safe scootering, Ruffus
