Some good sources for repair parts

For parts I would always keep in mind your local Kymco dealer (or a dealer that sells online). Some items in the future may need to be OEM. For other parts (hoses, bulbs, brake pads, rollers/sliders, filters, bearings, levers, etc.) you can do a Google search for scooter parts. I just did and large number of online retailers show up.

In your particular case, where there are not many People S 150 scooters around, you'll want to dig deeper into the sites to see if they list your specific model of scoot.

I clicked on scooterpartsco.com, Kymco and then under People S 150. It listed a number of parts. Some look to be interchangeable with other Kymco 125/150/200 cc models.

I think this question gets asked a lot on internet forums...which is best?...but there are so many variables.  Usually you have to find a site that has your needed part and then compare prices with another site or 2 or three.

ebay and Amazon are also viable options for many parts.

It seems like Kymcos are very well made and the only items you usually need are a belt, brake pads, air filter and spark plug to keep you going for many miles.

Purchased my 2012 LIKE200i new in 2013 - and once the (faulty batch of-) TPS was replaced under warranty  - it has only needed oil changes, tires, belts & rollers. The brake pads are still fine, all bulbs are stock, etc.!

I'm in Ontario, Canada and it is hard to find Kymco parts here locally. I bought a bunch of parts recently from Europe from this site directly: https://www.brixiamoto.com/
Their prices are very good and they have non-OEM but good quality aftermarket parts too. For example, you can get Bando drive belt instead of the OEM Mitsuboshi one for 1/3rd of the price or less. They carry aftermarket Athena gaskets too. The complete gasket kit is very pricey, so I only bought the one for the CVT system cover, since it is very large. I used 5mm gasket stock from Aliexpress for other areas, like the final reduction cover plate for example. You just need strong good quality scissors and a punch kit. I recommend using Aliexpress for all O-rings and you can switch from standard Buna-N rubber to FKM (Viton) for longevity. I was able to find all the sizes I need. For high quality SKF bearings I recommend this ebay seller from the Netherlands: https://www.ebay.ca/str/benna27robin (Robara Industries). I've bought 2 X 6205 exporer series open bearings for $20 USD shipping included. Shipping cost is very low if you order small qty. (First bearing was $15 and the second additional bearing was $5) I bought all my shaft seals from Aliexpress too. Not all sizes are available in FKM though, but for sure you can find it in regular Buna-N.
This Taiwanese ebay seller carries OEM Kymco parts: k3428311 (https://www.ebay.ca/sch/i.html?_ssn=k3428311&store_name=k3428311). Filters are usually available via local generic motorcycle web shops or Amazon. Here in Canada HiFlo air and oil filters are easy to find.
