Should I be worried about that noise?
What can go wrong if the gap on the valve adjustment is not correct?

It seems one might have to look at replacing valve stem seals if oil consumption is too much?

Whats your thoughts on that?

Depends on noise. Remote diagnostic not possible

Gap to wide, loss of power, nasty klick klack.
Gap to close, maybe a burnt valve or broken valvestem.

Worn out stem seals are not really known on this model, but would smoke heavy blue all the time.
Oil consumption 500ml /1000km.
