2007 Mongoose 250 head parts

Hello folks, new to this forum.  Trying to resurrect a 2007 mongoose 250 I've had in storage.  I found out that the screws on the choke baffle fell out and went through the head and definitely bent intake valve and maybe exhaust valve also. One of the screws got stuck to the head. Is there a head from another brand that uses same valves? The Kymco part numbers are 14721-KHE7-9000 exhaust valve and 14711-KHE7-9000 For the intake valve.   I also need 2 head bolts part # 96001-06100-08 and 2 washers part # 90478-7L00-001.  Searching for the parts I've found the 14711 but the numbers after that are different.  All the numbers have to match?  I couldn't find any info on what the khe7 stands for.  Was maybe looking for a kit with valves and gaskets. So does anyone know if a scooter 250 head is same as mongoose 250? I seen kits for that. Preferably looking for parts in USA. Rather not have to wait months for parts. any help would be appreciated.
