New kymco mongoose 270

Purchased a mongoose 270 about 2 months ago. The dealer de restricted it so it goes about 36 mph, did my researched and purchased the boss face drive……my question is how much more speed can i get with this and is it anything else that need to be with switching the boss drive or thats it? How far out can i unscrew the throttle?
