We already received some of it.  And more tomorrow.

But we do need it to help end this drought so send it on up!

I'll find out how the new tires work in the rain tomorrow as they are predicting heavy rain and t-storms.

Then again, I was told to be careful on the new tires until they get 'scuffed' up more and have better grip.

Just aerated, fertilized and over seeded the lawn so ready for the rain!

I'll be taking it easy on the scoot in the rain tomorrow - but I'm not the type to be scraping my sides stand (unlike some people here) even in the dry weather.

Well I don't want to end up with chicken strips so I will be leaning into it once I get a few more miles on the new tires.

Looks like it is nice and packable too.  Always good to have the rainwear with you.

I carry that stuff with me everyday.  Even though it didn't rain for about 2 months straight.

Got good use out it last couple of days though.

Haven't heard from him. Thouit my crankcase tuning would have brought him out. 5 inches, that is nearly half our anual rainfall. Hope he is ok.

This afternoon they said some folks in Virginia Beach have about a half a foot of water just standing all around their homes. Probably more by now.

Rain, the dentist, internet troubles, scoot troubles...what a day. Is it bed time yet? lol

That's great, art. It's windy as heck here this morning, but I actually see a tiny bit of sunshine trying to show itself.  :)

Ha! I wouldn't last long in Portland or Seattle for that matter. That rain depresses me too much. I don't like the cold much either. The older I get the less I like it. When my son graduates next year and goes off to college, I'm thinking about moving farther south, maybe near one of them beaches down in Florida.  :D

The only place I ever got to spend any time in around Portland was a big truck stop there called Jubal's or JoJo's, something like that. Ever hear of it? Was waiting to pick up a new load. To my surprise the rain actually held off until hitting the highway heading back.
