OK, that makes sense. You have a machine that takes a DC CDI. Your harness has 4 wires, the diagram shows 4 wires to CDI, there is no coil to the CDI except the pulse and there is the DC wire to the ignition switch. Even the colors match what your picture shows. DC CDI.

Ok. I have an unrestricted dc cdi that I will have to try tomorrow. I was wondering if it could possibly be the ignition switch??

Assuming replacement stator including pulsar coil good then CDI defective. All parts new in box?

Yes all parts new in box. Cdi was bought from eBay. I will have a new cdi ordered from kymco. Probably take a week to get. Will keep you posted

Chase down all grounds, take 'em apart, clean 'em, put 'em back together after you have ensured all terminal lugs have continuity with wire and no corrosion.

Still here. Ground looks good. I ordered a cdi from Rolling Wrench Denver . It’s a dc cdi and a 1 year only model. 2 more weeks I should have it. I will let you know when I get it!!!
