movable drive face bushing direction
« on: September 02, 2017, 10:43:04 PM »
Hello,
Had my transmission apart today to try out Dr. Pulley sliders....
When I removed the movable drive face bushing I did not pay attention
to the direction (thought it fit either way)
On reassembly I noticed there is a sleeve (or machined that way) on the
inside of one half of the bushing.....
Can someone please tell me what side goes where (or does not matter) ???

Thanks,
Eric

Looking at bottom of box of the Dr.Pulley box reveals orientation of the sliders
(that I understand)
I am asking about the cylindrical bushing that slides into the center of the movable variator face.
(it is not symmetrical in the inside)

Thanks,
Eric

If it has splines, they go towards the outside away from the scooter. If it does not have splines, it does not matter.
