Yeah, it's the Agility City in the pictures..
I also own the old one with 12" tires but I'd swap for the new one in a heartbeat.. but
more because of the rear disc brake then because of the tire size.. altho it's probably
better with larger wheels.

THE AGILITY CITY IS A NICE SCOOTER-----MAN, 16 INCH WHEEL, REAR DISK BRAKE---GET THOSE SCOOTER TO THE UNITED STATES MAYBE THEY WILL COME HERE ----MOST LIKELY NOT

I'm ready for an Agility City 125 (or 200/250) to come to the US as well. Not always sure I understand why they do not market more scooter/smally bikes to the US.

I understand the City 125s are slower off the line, but that would be fine with me. I think I checked and the closest I could come would be to buy a Agility CIty 50 from Canada.

I have looked into "importing" a NON DOT APPROVED bike into the US. The fee's, and modifications required are more that twice the price of the bike... How bad do you want one?
